Interesting thought. A useful research avenue involves a reservoir the freezing mixtures set for a few
degrees below the set point (in Summer) and a few degrees above (in Winter.)
Driving the heating and cooling system into a reservoir like that provides the minimal delta T
with economic energy input pricing.
