Trinity Valley School is actively seeking a full-time Upper School physics
instructor for the 2009-10 school year. The successful candidate will teach
both Introductory Physics and AP Physics C. This individual should ideally
possess the following qualities: a thorough knowledge of physics, a passion
for teaching high-school aged students, and the desire to aid in the
innovation and development of an interdisciplinary science curriculum. A
Masters degree in physics or a related science with more than three years
teaching experience is preferred. The applicant should also feel
comfortable in the use of technology in the laboratory.
Trinity Valley School, founded in 1959, is a 960 student co-educational,
college preparatory day school for grades K-12. The 75-acre campus is
located in southwest Fort Worth, Texas. The Upper School consists of 340
students in grades 9-12.
