I remember seeing a film in the middle school along these lines (in 1970
plus or minus a couple of years), but I remember it being in color; so I
suspect that there is another film out there that may have been basically
a version of this for American K-12 students.

This may be the film several people have referred to about inversion
goggles. I recall seeing it as well, possibly in high school, 40 years
