The resonance is set in motion by rhythmically rubbing the
handles with the *clean, moistened* palms of your hands.

Someday I would love to have one of those huge frosted quartz crystal
meditation bowls that are set into resonance by rubbing the rim with
a rubber or suede mallet.  The big ones really rumble into your body
and soul (not to mention the walls and floor).  Donations gratefully
accepted to help Larry reach and balance his inner self;
