What is the difference between a neutrino and an anti-neutrino other than
one goes with beta+ decay and the other goes with beta- decay?

The classical neutrino and antineutrino had oppositely directed spins,
one parallel to the direction aof propagation and the other antiparallel.
It is a distressing sign of the times that we now have to refer to
classical neutrinos.
