TECHNICAL SUPPORT REP II
PASCO is known throughout the industry for it's high quality technical
support. Join our dynamic team of professionals providing
troubleshooting, technical assistance and training for our customers
throughout the country and the world!
Duties: Provide troubleshooting, technical assistance and training
for our customers throughout the country and the world. This is
accomplished by responding to customer's telephone requests, inquiries
and questions by gathering data, assessing situations and providing
solutions. This position may also conduct customer training and
assist Sales Representatives with customer site visits.
Requirements: This position requires a BS in Physics, excellent
customer service and phone skills as well as a high degree of computer
hardware and software literacy, strong writing abilities and 25%
travel.
Preferred skills: Two to four years previous teaching or technical
background experience.
