Knoff-Hoff is the idiom that is used to say Know-How in German
and it is a book that was written by Joachim Bublath. He and a lady host
a science demonstration show in Germany along the lines of a Mr. Wizard,
with a very strong emphasis on physics. He has two books that chronical
the different demonstrations in a graphic and descriptive manner. Very
attractive. The only problem is its entirely in German. They were
published in 1987 by G + G Urban-Verlag out of Munich.
Has anyone know if there is an English translation of these books.
Thanks.
