Students at the College who claim learning disabilities must provide
external testing evidence to document the specific nature of the disability.
The accomodation (if any) is tailored to that specific case, and may range
from giving extra time to having the exam given under supervision in another
venue. This is coordinated by a professional staff person (Learning
Disabilities Coordinator) which relieves the faculty of making uninformed
decisions in these cases.
