While this is not a blog dedicated to politics, it does intrude into
scientific matters. Specifically the political orientation of people can
make them argue against scientific research. Of course this goes far back
to the original research on antiseptics which was denied by the old guard.
So there is a science history researcher who has identified that it is
basically the same people who denied: smoking dangers, acid rain, ozone
depletion... and are now denying human induced climate change. JD pointed
this out, but for evidence you may wish to look at the research by this
woman.

It seems that her opponents have engaged in personal attacks rather than
honest refutation. As with all articles, this is necessarily brief. One
should read her writings if you wish to argue with her.
