There’s mail fraud, but not internet fraud?   



Apropos,  I’ve wondered why fraudsters often use very high dollar values instead of only a few hundred at most.   I’d think such high values would invite suspicion more then only a hundred.  Or is it greater return from only one gullible ($100000)  instead of dozens ($100)?
