Radio transmission is irrelevant to this thread.
Radiation cannot explain the phenomenon featured in the video.
Radiation cannot make the light bulb come on at all, under
the conditions featured in the video. Not by many orders of
magnitude.
Radiation certainly could not make the light bulb come on and
stay on, just by flipping the switch from off to on.

I believe the main point in the video is that we're dealing with
electrodynamics and not electrostatics.

Certainly we are dealing with dynamics. The video frames the
discussion by asking about timing. Statics won't give you the
timing. By definition. That's obvious and trivial.

If that's the main point of the video, it's even sadder than I
imagined: using blatantly false arguments to "prove" a trivial
point.
