Hopefully this video will settle the argument that Veritasium was wrong inIt may be that Veritasium is wrong in supposing the "radio" transmission of energy lights up a lamp immediately, but it is demostrably true that a modest fraction of the available energy is transfered to the lamp in nanoseconds via transmission line effects.
