A clarification on CC licenses. I was specifically referring to the
non-commercial (NC) attribute. CC-BY-NC-?? cannot be marketed from a
website that pushes commercial content as well.
The book John referred to

is CC-BY, which means anyone can sell it for profit.

FYI: The CC NC report indicates that the majority of people consider a
tuition-charging institution a commercial user.
