Well, I didn’t churn it. The cook did that along w/ pasteurizing the milk. When I had the cow job my co-worker and I each milked two cows and fed them am and PM. They’d be waiting for us — then we let them back in the field. The other jobs we had (rotating) was oiling and watering the 2 and 10 KW generators’ ICEs, and feeding the pigs. ——— We each had a horse and after a few months when deemed responsible and skilled enuff, us 8th graders became PPP’d (permission privileged person). We’d sign out after school and weekends and go exploring in the redwood forest. Impossible in the current litigious and high insurance state now!
