[Phys-L] Tenure-track faculty position in Applied Computational Physics

The Department of Physics at Illinois State University in Normal, IL, invites applications for a
nine-month probationary tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Applied Computational
Physics, starting August 16, 2014, and contingent upon the availability of funds.

The successful applicant will show excellent potential for research that can involve
undergraduates, demonstrated teaching skills, and a strong background in computational
physics. Preference will be given to research areas that complement existing department
strengths. Post-doctoral experience and the potential for attracting external funding are
preferred. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
