But I've already got that article and many others from the Mercer U. pendulum cottage industry!


Curiously none deal w/ quadratic dissipation, IIRC, and certainly not the derivation of that Q. One paper gives the Q for about five kinds of dissipation (without derivation) but not speed squared -- Which I think is the most common -- He deals with seismometers, sensitive torsion pendula (measure G), etc. Not high Q clock pendula.
