Yes - and all those who think the world is too crowded and overused should be given a bonus payment that can be given to their heirs if they use the Kervokian method to make a personal contribution to reducing the world population.

I think this would be a worse result. The "deniers" would point to GCC
as a left conspiracy as a result of a Maunder amelioration. What we
need is fast and furious GCC results to convince everyone a Manhattan
project (carbon sequestration) is necessary, plus, e.g., $10/gal.
gasoline and a 100% carbon surcharge, and world wide free and on demand
birth control and abortion, etc. etc.

bc thinks child deduction should be changed to an increased tax.
