Oops!  It appears I made an embarrassing typo in my last post.  I
accidentally exchanged the word 'pressure' for the phrase
'energy density' in the 4th sentence of my 4th paragraph.  I had
written:

> equilibrium (i.e. p = (2/3)*U/V) regardless of whether or not such

But what I had intended to write was:
 
> ....  In this case the pressure is 2/3 of the energy density in
> equilibrium (i.e. p = (2/3)*U/V) regardless of whether or not such
> interparticle correlations are present.  ....
