That's the stock answer supplied by those heavily into the "politics of
the underprivileged", but it doesn't explain the amazing success
Wal-Mart has attracting employees. Unions cover such a small fraction of
US workers that their use as an example is basically irrelevant except
as an anachronistic anecdote.

Sorry, the only time there is agreement is when two parties have
equall power. That only happens (in the current example) when it's a
strong union doing the agreeing w/ management. That's why unnios aer
so hated by management.

Anoterh example of non-agreement is when a person* of gteater power
seduces a younger person. That's why there is such a thing as
statuatury rape, for example.

I've used ~ non sexist language to accomodate the woman teacher who
seduces a middle school boy.
