I suspect all the modern one now have > 1/2 hour capability.  My  
Canon SD 900 w/a 4GB card does ~ 31 min. in Hi Res mode (1024  15  
fps);  in std. (640 X 480 30 fps) it's  the same, but at 15 fps doubled.

bc notes 16 GB SDHC cards now available.
