I suspect all the modern one now have > 1/2 hour capability. My Canon SD 900 w/a 4GB card does ~ 31 min. in Hi Res mode (1024 15 fps); in std. (640 X 480 30 fps) it's the same, but at 15 fps doubled.

bc notes 16 GB SDHC cards now available.

My wife tells me that the digital camera that she bought me, fitted with
the
2 GB memory chip and with its Li-ion battery well charged , can take
several minutes
of continuous video. I expect the frame rate is not exceptional, but
the resolution ought to be more than acceptable. And I don't even
need to reach for the videocam!
