[Phys-l] reasoning and memorizing

Some people think that ability to reason is much more important than 
ability to memorize. I tend to disagree. Ability to memorize is just as 
important as ability to reason. Both should be promoted in schools (and 
outside schools). Yes, I know that this is a trivial statement.
