Boas "Mathematical Methods in the Physical Sciences"
Ashcroft & Mermin "Solid State Physics"
Hecht "Optics"
Griffiths "Introduction to Electrodynamics"
Bevington "Data Reduction and Error Analysis for the Physical Sciences"

These are texts I refer to *regularly*.
