[Phys-l] mnemonic devices (was calibration)

I think that sharing mnemonic devices might be useful. Here is my 
little contribution. It addresses confusion between accuracy 
(systematic errors) and precision (random errors).

Random fluctuations around a true value is a matter of probability. The 
word precision also starts with p.
