Well sometimes I use a small plate, to prevent necessary clean up of spattered fud on oven's ceiling. It (the plate) sometimes sticks due to atmospheric pressure.

Do you really mean "saran wrap over a bowel" ? I wonder how many people are actually familiar with such a procedure.
