NOMINATE YOUR STUDENT FOR THE 2006 U.S. PHYSICS TEAM
A team of 24 high school physics students will be selected to represent
the United States at the 37th International Physics Olympiad, July 8-17,
at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Applications are due by
January 23 to receive consideration for this years team.

CONGRATULATIONS TO AAPTS NEW EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS
AAPT HELPS SEND YOUNG PHYSICS AMBASSADORS TO TAIWAN SYMPOSIUM
AAPT is taking the lead in coordinating a delegation of young physics
ambassadors to a symposium in Taiwan. Six ambassadors and one leader
from the United States, and students and leaders from five developing
countries have been invited to participate. For more information on the
