I bought an Extech True RMS Digital Multimeter from Radio Shack yesterday
for $70. It measures frequency, capacitance, and, with the aid of a
supplied thermocouple, temperature as well the usual stuff. To this
theorist it seems like a real deal. Now I can figure out what all the old
caps that I have lying around really are.
