[Phys-L] Re: light bulb transient

I just measured the cold DC resistance of a 55 Watt bulb (in a lamp) as 18.7
Ohms. I then turned on the bulb for about 10 seconds, "quickly" unplugged
it and measured its "cooling but still hot" resistance as 55 Ohms and
rapidly falling. There was a few seconds delay between unplugging and
measuring, A digital meter was used.
