I think you've probably heard most all the list wants to observe on TV delay,
so perhaps it's time for your conclusions.

I noticed while idly browsing TV sound delay complaints, that these days,
the plaintiffs are pointing to large screen or high definition sets, often
with tack on theater sound, surround sound, Dolby sound systems and/or
game systems like Xbox and/or TiVo play at leisure setups.
These hybrids really do represent TVs with built in sound delays
(even the odd complaint of picture delays, known to be even
more noticeable)
