[Physltest] [Phys-L] Re: Please help me with html

Thanks Aaron. Hitting the "refresh" helped at once.
I was under the impression that restarting the computer
would take care of this. But that was wrong.

Web browsers cache pages. IE is obviously showing the old version of
your web page. Next, hit the "reload" or "refresh" button in the
browser.

Also, I suggest using correct HTML markup. Some browsers will figure
out what you want, but others may require that you follow strict syntax
rules.

I have created a file named <200fig1.jpg>; its icon is on the desktop
of my emac computer (OS 10.2.8). When I drag it to the Internet

the icon to Safari, my second browser. I was happy with this first
step. Then I created an html document with a reference to my file, as
shown below.

The icon of the html document is also on my desktop. When the icon of
the document is dragged to Safari I see the document with the picture,
as it should be. But when I drag the same icon to the Internet
Explorer
I see the document without the picture. Why is one browser working
properly while another is not working properly? What should I do to be
able to see the same thing with both browsers? I already restarted the
computer but this did not help.
