Re: compact fluorescent bulbs

The Phillips were rated ok.  I don't remember the name of the brand
which was downrated, it was ".... of lights"?  I don't remember when the
report was, but it was less than 10 years ago.  I have had good luck
with the Phillips which as I recall they said actually put out more
light than their rated output.
