Just to pick a nit:

The above statements apply to inertial reference frames where one frame is
related to other by a non-trivial boost parameter.

(i.e. moving at a constant velocity wrt the other frame)

As an example, if one frame is merely displaced from the other by a constant
amount than simultaneous events in that frame are seen to be simultaneous in
the other.
