Another excellent source for questions is old New York State Regents Exams.
Statistics are available as to how New York students performed.

Archives of many older tests are available, as well. I don't think that the
Regents exams are calculus based, though. Still, they are a handy resource.
You may also find the Physics Olympiad questions handy, if hard.
