Let's see if I can emulate Socrates.

Q1. Would it be correct to say that the length of a yard stick is 36 inches?

Q2. Would it be correct to say that the length of a meter stick is 100 cm?

Q3. Would either or both of the above be legitimate according to the
proposed definition?
