I hear you. After the coming PHYS-L move to a new server late this
semester I will permanently move the disclaimer to the Monthly PHYS-L
Technical Posting. That may satisfy the legal beagles. I was
interested to note Bob Park's "What's New" disclaimer, see the end of
his latest post at <http://www.aps.org/WN/>

I have to say I enjoy opening each of John Denker's e-mails
to see what new trio of people or organizations his position does not
represent. How many interesting trios can he come up with?
