No.

The earth/moon orbit is inclined about 5 degrees relative to
the ecliptic (i.e. sun/earth orbit). The moon's spin bivector
(i.e. equator) is aligned within a degree or so of the earth/moon
orbit. That's not a huge amount, but still it must get reeeeally
cold at the poles in winter.
