Excellent thought! School demonstrators have been known to get the
black plastic variety to levitate in sunlight.

This is about as cheap as it goes, I believe.

Well probably not practical. Back in ca. 1965, I made one about four
yd.. long. We filled with methane (Jr. College w/o He.). worked
well. One of the students worked in a dry cleaners, and supplied it.
