1) A box kite is not what you "should" see.

2) You can't disassemble a box kite in four
different ways as shown in e.g.

3) One of the "rules" is that your basis vectors
should be linearly independent.  The only way
you can get even close to a box kite is to choose
two of the basis vectors in the same direction,
in violation of this rule.
