The University of Wisconsin - Whitewater announces a one-year,
full-time academic staff appointment in Physics and Applied
Mathematics, beginning August 25, 2002. Candidates for this position
will be encouraged to apply for the full-time, tenure-track position
in Physics and Applied Mathematics, beginning Fall 2003.
The successful candidate must have at least a Master's Degree in
Physics or a closely allied discipline and have a demonstrated
potential for excellence in teaching.
This position is a one-year, full-time teaching. Candidates must be
able to teach any undergraduate physics course. The position also
requires the teaching of one math course per semester. Teaching
responsibilities include setup, maintenance and construction of
equipment.
Credentials must include a letter of application, vita, and all
relevant professional experience, all undergraduate and graduate
transcripts (photocopies are acceptable for the initial application),
and letters or Email statements from at least three (3) references.
