I would recommend the Blackboard. It offers:

1) a class list, like Phys-L.
2) an electronic grade book.
3) quizzes over the Internet.

That is what I used it for, so far. It is much easier to use
than WebCT which I used three years ago. But who knows,
perhaps the interface of WebCT is no longer as bad as it was.
