Good point. Some school do, U Minn for example...I hope others will
follow their example...but the class leader needs to know their
stuff...how many universities have someone with the mix of experience
you are looking for. This is not a criticism of your valid request, but
rather a comment on the status of teaching and learning in some
graduate schools.
