Div, Grad, and Curl are Dead

Hi.

Noted mathematician (and physicist?) William Burke prepared a draft of a text on differential forms entitled Div, Grad, and Curl are Dead. He died before it was ready for publication, but I understand there are copies floating around. Does anyone here have one they would be willing to share with me?
