I never recollect tests. Yes, I have some issues with
consistency year over year in question equality, but I get
around that by changing sequence every year. I also swap
out a unit each year. I find it more appropriate to use new
questions that follow the emphasis placed on different areas
of difficulty by each years students. I tend toward 60%
conceptual questions and 40% numerical.

How many people return and allow the students to keep
tests? I go over the tests, but I recollect them. That is
"standard" procedure here. What about others?
