correction: funny capacitor

A few moments ago I wrote in part:

Finally, take the limit as x goes to zero.
B'' = lim B'(x) as x -> 0

What I should have said is
B'' = lim A(x) as x -> 0
where is the gauge-stabilized matrix
Aij = B'ij - B'kj
for some arbitrarily chosen row "k".

The limit of B' does NOT exist as x -> 0.
The limit of A does exist.
This is remarkable, because A is so closely related to B'.

Sorry for the confusion. It's been a long day.
