reference frame does exist, "the frame of fixed stars" and
forces are necessary to accelerate other frames (elevators,
wheels, etc.) Thus forces are causes of all accelerations.

Not so fast; Ernst Mach, about as classical a physicists as there ever was,
might not be willing to say an absolute frame exists.
