Re: Netscape mailer and HTML

Yes, this discussion is really about what we would do should it become
possible to send HTML mail through the server. Or perhaps it is whether
we should add our voices to those suggesting to lists.nau.edu that we
would like the possibility.

Since we are told that many readers of this list receive it in digest
form, this may present a special challenge to the server.

I'm not sure that suggestions to the folk at lists.nau.edu will get
much on this as I think your issues may already be supported (or
worse, the vendor may claim to be supported but not really so).

To see your settings for your PHYS-L subscription you can use the web:
go to the mailgate archives and click on any month's postings. The second
last button on the top bar accesses your PHYS-L settings, including
settings for MIME or HTML digests and to be quite frank I don't know
what all the settings do (I'll try and find out).
