Thus far I have garnered two thoughts:

It would be unreasonable to use the word "countable" to imply finite. IE
even if the planets are countable, that does not imply that there is not a
finite number of them. OK if you insist.

e. gratia. the integers are obviously countable as are the points on a
line --

The number of line segments which comprise a line is infinite as are the
number of points on each of the infinite number of line segments. But the
number of points on any line segment (and the number of points on the line
itself) is "countable".

Is there any agreement here?

Then tell me about the size of the Universe.
