Doesn't GR let us transform an E field into a B field? (and vice versa)

I KNOW that GR doesn't get along well with QM, but isn't this question
askable?

Does a change of frame 'preserve' quantization of 'stuff'?

SR transforms E-fields into B-fields. Why is that relevant?
Neither the electric nor the magnetic flux integrated over a
closed surface will be different in any other inertial frame.
