What we were told on TV was of a spot of 6km diameter and
12km in lenght...May be I didn't pay enough attention.
On the other hand, wouldn't burning this oil be as bad
for the environment as if it reaches the coast? Or would
the air dilute the gases without risk for all the people who
leave in area closest to the spot?
