Damn, John, I thought I was going to have to pry this out of the list!!! I
have tried to do so previously without success. What I really want to have
is a reference to this -- I can't find one anywhere. Some sort of
background as to why he changed his name thus -- other than teenage
arrogance I hope. Any citation would be helpful.
