Double Enrollment of Women in Tech Classes & STW



The Institute for Women in Trades, Technology & Science (IWITTS) has launched
its second-generation web site at www.serve.com/iwitts.

FEATURING:

* A clip-art gallery of women in nontraditional occupations… Download images
of women in a variety of occupations for free!

* Tips on recruiting female students to upper level math and science and trade
and technical classes and activities.

* Information on IWITTS's new interactive teacher training video "Futures:
Preparing Young Women for High-Skilled, High Wage Careers" and other
publications on recruiting female students to classes in which they are
underrepresented, retaining them in the classroom and preparing employers to
receive them successfully in work-based learning experiences.

*Information on train-the-trainer workshops by IWITTS, including IWITTS's
national workshops and how you can bring IWITTS to your state or community.
